There is a hose inside the exhaust pipe,which will be forced into the prisoner's trachea.At the same time,there is an intake port on the tube between the bag (inside) and the mouth.so the air outside the body will be expelled preferentially until vacuum first .And then it take the air out from prisoners lungs.😃
