Technically, hostess clubs and bars and things of that nature were typically great information gathering places. It just so happens to be incredibly convenient for Jiraiya to go there of all places to look for it lmaooo Also, the town Naruto and Jiraiya are currently in is called Otafuku Town. The town Tsunade is in and the one Kabuto and Orochimaru are headed to is called Tanzaku Town, so they are in two separate locations. Can't be too far apart though considering Jiraiya ran into the gamblers in Otafuku Town

Jiraiya is women, Tsunade is money, and this is a little out there but you could say Orochimaru is drunk on power in a sense. Though taken more literally, Jiraiya is three for three ๐๐๐
