Actually the seal never came undone- it simply responds to Sasukes will to choose to use it or not, so if Sasuke WANTS to use it, he still can.

2025-08-06 21:20:54 +0000 UTCYeah, the seal that Kakashi placed on the curse mark came undone back in the Gaara fight. Kakashi said that if Sasuke's faith in his own strength were to waver then the seal would come undone and the curse mark would force its way to the surface again
