I hope his character won't discourage you from watching this anime... Many people abandon the series because of episodes 35-36 because they show Hisoka's character too much... I hope that after getting through the above-mentioned episodes, you will continue watching because a few episodes later, for some people who have watched this anime, one of the best arcs begins... And most people who have already watched Hunter x Hunter say that this anime has one of the best superpowers in the world of anime...
