that is unfortunate, if i think about it we really have no info on kakashi even like 200 episodes its pretty crazy

2025-09-09 14:52:18 +0000 UTCthe 'White Fang of the Leaf' is another reference to the Kakashi Gaiden backstory arc that was originally intended to be seen before this. Basically it's not SUPPOSED to be the first time you hear that name but of course for many people it is. I get why the anime started how it did (for TV ratings lol) but it will always frustrate me how the studio ended up altering and removing some of the intended storytelling and context in this arc because they moved Kakashi Gaiden
