The CPU went from M1 to M4, but I didn't experience any particular speed increase as the M1 is already too fast enough.
The battery life is noticeably better, probably by 2~3 hours.
The Apple Pencil is now a Pro, which is a dedicated product for the M4 iPad pro, but the feeling of use has not changed much either. The hover function has been added, but it seems that the software support is not yet complete.
So, I don't feel that much has changed, but it's fun to touch the new model after 3 years!
