Update FIX: Download down below WistfulCastle_DualAccHair and look for second color in the head/face accessories! You need both files to combine dual palette.

Yes! Thank you for pointing it out! I added dual colors to the main color palette, but for some reason it stopped showing up. So I fixed it by making a separate file. Please download WistfulCastle_DualAccHair and WistfulCastle_DualHair. Both files are needed. Now second color can be found in the face/head accessories;)
