I am grateful that you will still video a yoga class when feeling so bad and that gives us inspiration to do the same. Hope you start felling better soon, get the immune booster vitamins for yourself and the family to see if that helps reduces colds and flus. In the US, we can get dog toys that are like a ball with holes to put peanutbutter in so they figure out how to get the peanutbutter out. Love you 🥰😘👍
