So it has come to my attention that one of the people on Patreon that "support" my work is actually here to scrape and leak my work and projects online for other entitled people like themselves.
I am a small creator with a very small following, and I don't make a lot of money from Patreon. Feeling like you have to scrape my work to further strip me of any control over who gets to see it at what time is extremely disheartening, especially considering that I eventually post 90% of what I create online for free.
I made my Patreon a lot cheaper than it used to be to make it more accessible for people in these difficult times. Apparently, I also made it accessible for people like that to come into this space and scrape whatever they wished to. This definitely makes me reconsider some things regarding Patreon.
But don't worry, I won't let this keep me up at night.
