Zippers!

Now I make zippers on the sleeves (by the way, on the sleeves, they are ready) and on the jacket itself. Photo "step by step" is attached. Due to the density of the material, it was rather difficult. 😅 As always, I have to sew them manually, because the needles in this situation do not save. Having sewn the lightning itself, I suffered for a long time with the stitching, measuring that it came out as canonical and accurate as possible.
I’ll separately say about the slider, it was originally black, because I could not find a silver one of this shape. Therefore, I had to paint it and give texture.
Now I think, is it worth carrying out such manipulations (to texture with paint, I mean) with inscriptions?
Ну и наконец я продолжаю работу над Фрэджайл. Попутно пытаясь изучить свой фотоаппарат.
Сейчас я делаю молнии на рукавах (на рукавах кстати, они уже готовы) и на самой куртке. Фото "шаг за шагом" прилагается. Из-за плотности материала, это было довольно трудно. 😅
Как всегда, мне приходится их приметывать вручную, ибо иголки в данной ситуации не спасают. Пришив саму молнию, я довольно долго мучалась с настрочкой, замеряя, чтобы она вышла максимально каноничной и аккуратной.
Отдельно скажу про бегунок, изначально он был черного цвета, ибо серебренного такой формы я найти не смогла. Поэтому пришлось красить и конечно же состаривать.
Сейчас я думаю, стоит ли проводить такие манипуляции (старить краской я имею в виду) с надписями?
