...Because Ava decides to test Justice by creating an updated (slightly more powerful) version of the old one. The second pic shows that Justice is less powerful than Lolph was when he managed to beat it a couple of years ago. He also had the trident, and advice from Ava herself, which Justice won't get. Sometimes it just sucks to be Justice...
Rolph and Lolph both managed to learn some new techniques in their respective battles in the previous two episodes. Maybe Justice can do that too?

In part 37, (December 29) I will start to advance some of the ongoing story arcs more than before, so we can get to the end of some of them. Which means that we will finally see (a lot more of) The Scientist again... I wonder what he has been up to?
