To Zendaya quest appears you neet to finish Miss Morgan Storyline and Karen small "computer broke" event.
- Go to school and talk to Zendaya.
- Go to Jessica.
- Wait till weekend and go to Miss Morgan House.
- Watch cutscenes.
- After Karen scene go to Jessica.
- Return to the dude next day.
- Return to Zendaya.

Karen new scenes:
To unlock date event you need to finish Molly quest, Zendaya quest and "computer broke" event.
- Go to Karen room at afternoon, ask her on a date.
- Do the same next day.
- Now you can go in when she take a shower and new options in movie event appers.
