Behind-the-Scenes Look: Jordan Peterson & The Meaning of Life

This video has a guest presenter, Satan, who very kindly agreed to help out since he's such a big fan of the show!
With each new video I like to challenge myself - this time the challenge was 'makeup and costume.' I was very grateful to have the help of an extremely talented makeup and nail consultant for this project, Natalie Wynn!
Here you can see that makeup a bit better - I went through a lot of variations before settling on this, ranging from drag devil with big gold eyelashes to this more masculine look that I call 'Sexy Ganondorf.'
I used a paler concealer than I would normally, black eye shadow layered on top of red, eyeliner to get those nice wings and fill out my brows, as well as mascara. I added contouring and topped it off with black stiletto nails and red contact lenses!
Here you can see those big black wings nicely, and the contouring I added to my collarbones.
Meet Elvira! She's a Mexican black kingsnake and a real sweetheart!
She was very good; loved sitting in my hand while I yammered on about metaethics!
And this handsome python is Tigger! He's 6'4" and enjoys climbing!
Tigger is a bit more mischievous than Elvira - he wanted to slither up my horns onto the microphone!
But once he realised I was warm and cuddly he quickly got into character!
Elvira and Tigger were graciously lent to me by a new YouTube channel, 'Black Coffee Collective Presents.' We had a snake wrangler, Ruby, on set at all times to make sure the animals were happy and comfortable and took regular breaks in their special heated environments, and both had sheltered spaces where they could curl up if they needed privacy.
My top priority for this shoot was making sure the snakes were happy and safe, and I'm pleased to say we had a lovely time!
Oh, but there's much more to this video than just the stuff we shot in the studio...

I consider myself something between an anarchist and a Marxist, and am aware that Peterson constantly attacks Communism, but I don’t consider him a threat as many on the Left do. For me, Peterson represents the banality of toxic masculinity in a sort of effeminate, academic husk.
