Update on February's Video

I'm hard at work on my next video, working title Artists & Fandoms. I think it's going to be spectacular - filmed in three amazing locations across two countries with a cracking script that I'm really proud of. Technically speaking, it's my most ambitious project yet.
It's going to come out in mid-March, rather than the end of February, for two reasons:
1) After a long day of shooting yesterday a camera disaster resulted in the footage being lost. So we're going to have to reshoot the bulk of the video; that means booking and hiring the location again, and the crew again. It's a bit of a nightmare, I'm obviously very disappointed, but it happens. This actually gives me the chance to go back and improve it - I'd rather release a better video later than a worse one soon.
2) Sadly, I'm very unwell at the moment. You might already know that at the end of March I'll be starring in a stage adaptation of Dracula in London that I'm also producing; to try and reshoot this video, make a March one, and do all that would be very bad for my health. Unfortunately I had a nervous breakdown recently, and rather than see it as a narrow escape I think I should interpret it as a warning sign to take it easy! I'm a little better now and have a wonderful support network around me, so don't worry - but I don't want to risk another, bigger one by pushing myself too hard. If I was a boss and an employee came to me saying they'd gone through what I've gone through, I'd tell them to take sick leave - so, as my own boss, I'm doing just that!
Artists & Fandoms will be February and March's episode and I think the scale and quality will justify the wait! I am so, so grateful for all your support and understanding - particularly at this literally maddeningly difficult time.
