Short Update 01/30/2022
Added 2022-01-30 18:42:29 +0000 UTCUpdate: Today I got the results of my CT Scan. I'll need to stay at the hospital until at least Thursday if everything goes well. Afterwards I'll need an operation in about six weeks.
I'll follow the call of the commentors and concentrate on getting back in shape. If there should be another change in situation, I'll update this post. :-)

sorry for being so silent since Friday. Things took a rather bad turn, so I only managed today to obtain a way to contact you.
Friday I felt a stomach ache and believing that it'd go away with some good sleep, I went to sleep super early (8 pm). However my night was far from pleasant. I barely slept more than 30 min in one go, and my stomach increasingly hurt more.
Early Saturday morning I went to the closest hospital, believing I could get the pain under control with some meds and painkillers. However, the doctor quickly informed me that they wanted me to stay in for observation for the day. I got pumped full with all kinds of meds, and had my family inform you on Discord about Saturday being no releases.
Today, on Sunday, I had hoped they'd allow me back home since I'm feeling much better now, but my blood values actually worsened in regards to internal inflammation. So I have to stay in yet another night after they gave me a CT scan and several more tests.
Somehow no one knows what the current issue is about, except that my stomach hurts and that I've got an internal inflammation. Still, I doubt they're going to keep me here forever.
Ideally, I hope I'll be discharged by tomorrow, or at latest Tuesday, otherwise I'll give you another update.
I'd love to TL while here but the current means (a laptop) is super obnoxious for typing, and I don't have all the comfortable tools at hand like for editing, making pdfs/epubs, transferring stuff etc. I'll try to install and set up the thing, but don't get your hopes up. The environment here isn't perfect for hours of concentrated translation either.
Sorry to spring this upon you so suddenly, but I promise I'll get back to working on the series as soon as get back home.
