There are also a few things from Alien swarm in the early episodes of the 1st season of UA, so it would be better to watch this movie before starting UA, but if you wanna start UA as soon as possible then you can watch Alien swarm now and Race against time later cause there is only one episode that involves it and it's not in the first season
