This time I tried to take a stylized approach to a character. Using a stunning reference by @0nax9 on Instagram, I posed Kitana then manually sculpted her into desired figure. Though it's stylized, certain anatomy awareness were still required, else she would have turned into a nonsense mess.
I'm pretty satisfied with the body figure, but the head is still a bit uncanny because it is too formal, even though I've narrowed down her neck and jaw. I found out that doing some tiny bits of makeup on her brows and lashes in post-pro sort of helped, fortunately. Lastly, I manually masked and painted highlights on fitting areas (thighs, chest, forehead,...) in post-pro.
This is perhaps the weirdest thing I tried to experiment, I'll likely complete this as a set and release it early June. I'd probably do this style once in a long while, it does take a considerable amount of time to execute, that's why. What do you guys think?
