TA: Mad Heir Dynamic

Anon asks: Ooh, could you tell us a bit about the planned dynamics between the MC and RO's in Mad Heir?

OKAY! So, a bit trickier because I'm still debating cutting the butler to age up the fiance a bit for those who like their meat seasoned. STILL DEBATING though.

WANT TO ALSO QUICKLY lay out what happens up to a point: The MC gets contact with NO ONE except the butler and the servants, and when their father along with their new stepparent and step child moves in, the MC gets to be a voyeur for a nice long while, spying on whoever you want to from inside the walls, the attic and the passages. Then, after a bad turn from their illness, they are finally found by C Von Mejer and A Von Mejer. Then you can start selecting RO things.

But the basic run downs?

Anouk/Anatole von Mejer- Very much a rivalry. At first they think the MC is a figment of their imagination or some sort, before joining their parent on a "ghost hunt". Eventually finds out and is quite antagonistic (the MC can choose to return the energy) but they're just... Entranced by them.

Clement/Clémentine von Mejer- Thinks the MC is a ghost at first. Firmly believes that their soul needs to be put to rest, and takes A Von Mejer with them on their little hunt. When the MC is discovered, they begin to act very paternal/maternal towards them, until a run in with MC's father, then the MC can select whether it turns romantic, since Clem dearly wants to be close and be a support for them.

Julius/Julia Braithwaite- Again, thinking about cutting this one. Very much a caretaker towards them, but more like a strict school teacher that happens to have a favourite student. Very much trying to keep them a secret in the house, and very intent on keeping them safe, even if it means driving off others.

Bryn Heron- So, they're a right little creep. Jules calls them a disgusting peeping tom every time they see them outside the window. Which is what they are. They keep trying to steal glances at the Heir and sometimes risks their luck stepping inside from time to time. Now, their route is a bit more... Kidnap-y. Ahem. Immediately treats them in a very spousal way.

Hristijan/Hristina Angelov- A late arrival but hey, the later arrivals are always fun too. Now, they are a treat. The Heir's father invites them into the manor after the Heir is discovered by Clem and An. Hiding them is not enough so now he plans to... Basically sell them off to Angelov. Now, you can slowly interact with them, and they do go from deeply disinterested and just looking forward to sticking a mad spouse in the attic to... Bewildered and tempted.
