It’s my moms 40th birthday today and I definitely should not have had school but my superintendent was like “I hate you all” so here I am. Both my front and side door were frozen shut this morning, the commotion made me forget to wish my mom a happy birthday first thing so she was awoken with banging on the door 😭 I feel terrible

My mom is subscribed so if you’re her, stop reading this, it’s a surprise.

We’ve got a little party happening for her after I get out of school school with all her friends, there will be a little ice cream sundae bar and dinner and all that jazz, her best friend is organizing that. For her gift, I’m redoing our basement and converting it from my brothers playroom to a lounge room that she can relax in. She made it very clear that she didn’t want material things, she wanted more space(we have a small house) so I’m making it happen for her. My dad started it last week, when I get home today I can take some pictures of its progress and post them :) I’m so excited
