Immaterial and Missing Power

This month brings us the characters from Immaterial and Missing Power, which is Suika by her onisome. Suika gets a buff in Big Box, as we overestimated the power level of getting a single free, invisible Power card. Suika instead vacuums up Powerups from other players, making her an excellent Final or Extra Boss. Her Spell Card, Gathering and Dissipating, gets a wording update and is surprisingly spelled that way.

Under strict rules it is actually the furthest away, the closest player puts their effect on the stack first, and the furthest one puts their effect on next, and it will be resolved first.
