What Happened:
This build is mostly preparation for the next release. That will happen when you have mandated two week sprints.
The lore between Kate and Latte was retconned. It was never acted on, so it’s literally only found in two tidbits in the beginning of the game. It’s part of the prep for the next release.
Giants is actually supposed to be available after the heroes get home from Downturn, but that part isn’t written yet. When that part is written, it will be nestled behind that.
What’s Next:
The end of the 0.1 line. The last downturn pieces. 2 big art pieces. Character advancement. Item UI.

2019-12-31 00:33:19 +0000 UTCAll of the battles in the "Enter The Woods" chapter result in automatic defeats. This appears to be do to the "Current Party" section of the map screen being empty. The "Not In Party" section of the map screen is also empty. This is the case regardless if I rescue Brandy or not. Turning off combat is the only way to proceed. I had this problem with the previous build as well. Weirdly, in the previous build, encountering the scene with Mack resulted in 2 copies of Mack in the "Current Party". Whereas, in this build encountering Mack just causes the scene to freeze (quitting the scene still works, though). I have yet to start from a brand new game to see it the problem persists even then; just saves as far back as the "Ash" chapter.
