First, we have the gardening minigame with it's final assets, but missing the final UI. It works a little bit like minesweeper, where you have to use the shape and direction of the root to remove the dirt around it.
Secondly, we have the treasure map. Shockingly, it is totally complete. A child drew this map and you have to use it to find the buried treasure. You will be given very vague clues about the location and have to click landmarks to make a guess about where the clue is talking about. As you miss guesses, Cat's face gets more agitated. Completing the treasure map will give a powerful reward for combat.
Speaking of art, there hasn't been any 5-ish art in about 2 months. Like many of us, she is dealing with the global pandemic and my work for her has fallen to the side. Times change, and things will get back to normal eventually.
In the mean time, the money that normally goes to 5-ish is going to a sound designer, and boy does he have some good ideas of how to make the soundscape of Unyielding take off. The most basic example is character moving noises. People come into the scene all the time, but it's totally silent for that. Danica and Catelly probably sound similar when entering, but Kate should have a cane sound and Fray should *klang* a little bit. He's also got a good ear for the music that is missing and is excited to get on that. I'm hoping to have some of his work in the build on 5/20.
