What happened:
Be sure to check out all the options in picnic. There are 4 paths, with 5th no thanks option. This story really wore me out!
Brandy is no longer optional. I made that decision not because she is very important to the story, but rather there is no reason to make her optional. Optional content should be reserved for things some fans might object too, or to important choices, or to content that must be earned through success. Brandy being optional fits none of that.
Next, it's no longer possible to utterly reject Blackfire. Saying no to his 2nd encounter locked out all his story line, when the player might just be saying no to the sexual encounter. It's now possible to do his story line, and never have had sex with him. It was actually always supposed to be that way, I had just forgotten to hook up the nonsexual line.
Lastly, the Storm is locked behind the Flechcrafter being resolved either way. I went back and forth a lot on that one, as I wasn't sure I wanted the Danica story line locked behind Blackfire story line. In the end, I did it because the narrative will make more sense. Explaining more would get too much into the realm of spoilers.
