What happened:
The Carnival 2 is like the first; more strange than the normal chapters. You've been warned :) The two routes in it are very different so make sure to do play both.
Battle Varuna is the second route that allows the heroes to travel the ocean. I didn't have time to update the writing in the planning stage to comment that it's a viable option. Next update, completing either the plant minigame or this one successfully will remove the other.
The early part of the game continues to get some polish.
What's Next:
Some combat love, and the lose to Varuna route to Battle Varuna.

The dot 1 release has a TON of bug fixes.

2020-09-15 22:05:56 +0000 UTCIs it possible to lose the Battle Varuna minigame? Also, the Treasure Hunt Scene seems pretty broken in both mechanics and visually. Just as a note. Finally decided to catch up on all the stuff. I hadn't played the game since Downturn was just starting up. Really like how Fray is being handled in story, and the Downturn art with the pillars is amazing.
