[WOTD] Valery redesign ❤

Hello Patreons!

Valery won the second survey for the new designs (since there were more x6 boosted votes). In this post, I'm going to show you the new design as well as tell you a bit about the future plans for the character.

As you may remember, Valery is a girl who works at the clothing store that Clyde, Yury, and Bonnie visit during the early stages of the WOTD story.

She only makes one appearance and then we don't see her again. However, when designing her, I wanted her to be a beautiful girl who looks like the owner of a clothing store.

Now, my plan is to make Valery not the owner of the clothing store, but rather the one working there (i.e., an employee hired by the owner). And as we progress in the story, we may run into her again in different places where she'll be working. This could create awkward or funny moments as Valery sees Clyde with different girls, thinking he might be unfaithful or a womanizer.

Valery would have multiple jobs since she needs to pay for her studies and apartment, and she also likes to vary her routine and meet new people, so it could be explained that she quits some jobs to move on to others (i.e., she doesn't work three jobs at the same time, that would be illogical).

I wanted her to appear younger, as she would be around 19-20 years old. I also plan to include some dialogues where she tells us that she was a student at Lionheart Academy, and that her younger sister currently studies there and is part of the athletic club.

I also want to let you know that I'll soon be presenting the new designs on the Original Characters channel within the Discord server (available for tier Paladin patreons and onwards). I'll also be redoing that channel from scratch and will be presenting my original characters again (and also change their designs a bit).

Valery ganó la segunda encuesta para los nuevos diseños (ya que hubo más votos potenciados x6). En este post voy a enseñarles el nuevo diseño asi como también contarles un poco los futuros planes para el personaje.

Como recordarán, Valery es una chica que trabaja en la tienda ropa que visitan Clyde, Yury y Bonnie durante los primeros tramos de la historia de WOTD.

Ella solo hace una única aparición y luego no volvemos a verla. Sin embargo, a la hora de hacer el diseño, quise que sea una chica guapa y que luzca como una propietaria de una tienda de ropa.

Ahora bien, mi plan es hacer que Valery no sea la propietaria de la tienda de ropa, si no más bien la que está trabajando ahí (es decir, una empleada contratada por la dueña). Y que mientras avanzamos en la historia, podamos volver a toparnos con ella en distintos lugares en los que estará trabajando. Esto podría generar momentos incómodos o graciosos ya que Valery veería como Clyde está con chicas diferentes, pensando que tal vez sea infiel o mujeriego.

Valery tendría múltiples trabajos ya que necesita pagar sus estudios y departamento, y además de que le gusta variar su rutina y conocer personas nuevas, por lo que se podría explicar que ella renuncia a algunos trabajos para pasarse a otros (es decir, no es como si trabajara en 3 trabajos al mismo tiempo, ya que seria algo ilógico.)

He querido lograr que se viera como una chica más joven, ya que tendría entre unos 19-20 años de edad. También tengo pensado incluir algunos diálogos en los que ella nos cuente que fue alumna de la Academia Lionheart, y que actualmente su hermana pequeña estudia allí y forma parte del club de atletismo.

Quiero decirles también que pronto estaré presentando los nuevos diseños en el canal de Original Characters dentro del server de Discord (disponible para los patreons tier Paladin y superiores). Así como también voy a rehacer dicho canal desde cero, e iré presentando mis personajes originales nuevamente (y también renovaré un poco sus diseños).
