wing care can be intimate and even horny but most times it's just a casual friendship bonding activity
Bakugou usually doesn't want people touching his wings at all, but he'll give a little preening in passing to a Kiri who has his feathers all out of place (Kiri would really like to reciprocate, one day)
Todo isn't shy to just shove his wings in someone's face when he needs help with them, Deku is all to happy to help, this boy just love getting to touch other people's wings they're all uniquely amazing!
(also I just wanted to draw Bakugou with his silly too large lounge pants that shouldn't stay up)
edit: one more for fun~ Izuku often forget his own wing care and absolutely melt when he does get the care he needs
