I don't think this has been mentioned yet, but The whole reason that Naklavars attack is called a "gift" ball is because of the German influence on his Character. The word for poison in the German language is pronounced "gift". SO really his attack is a cool little character detail. He uses the word Gift to trick you but in reality he said exactly what it does. Gift ball = Poison ball.

Not only did we get even more of evil Uryū, but we actually got to see Sōō Zabimaru in action for a second time. But yeah, Friend will be a few episodes down the line. Assuming you don't skip to that episode and then backtrack, I'm guessing next week will just be reading ch 636 - 653 or so to cover the next 4 episodes.
