Sorry guys I'm late!!! As I mentioned before my PC is very unstable these days. I spent lots of time trying to figure out the problem and the possible solution, ironically using my unstable PC lol. Yet No luck so far. I'll state the problem at the end of the post to see if anyone knows what's the problem might be!
Another poll result piece will come soon but might be late for a day or two. Again I apologize for it! Anyways hopes you (and Tara) enjoy this page as the start of the series!
PS. My PC problem.
After turn on the PC, or after a period of time of being used, my CPU frequency will be locked to the lowest rate (545.5MHZ) which makes the PC very slow and stuttering!
Also the voltage of CPU will be reduced to the lowest (0.915V) but the current is abnormally high (about 100A~150A+).
Temperature of the CPU was normal when this problem happened (around 50 celsius)
I've tried: Change the power plan in Windows. Adjust BIOS setting about CPU and PBO. Nothing works so far.
My best guess is
1. A part of the motherboard is broken.
2. CPU is broken (My next plan is to upgrade these two things)
3. Power is broken
