WIP (I'm going insane)

I spent a good portion of the day with everything disconnected, but I did managed to get a bit far ahead with this Majima drawing. I honestly don't know what's happening anymore. Is is this a shitty neighborhood? Is it the city slowly deteriorating? Is it just the initial phase of my country's complete meltdown?
Anyway, I will try to draw a bit for my amusement now just to relax a bit and tomorrow, finally, schedule is back and I'm gonna grind these drawings and feel pleasure from that!

Yeah, I never got such a bad raining season here. It might be a combo of bad neihborhood and bad mayor, but hopefully things will be a bit normal as this week will be dryer
