I tried watching season 1. All the talk around it made it seem like a good show, but far outside my wheelhouse. I thought it'd be good to stretch myself a bit though, so I tried... and got to episode 2 or 3, I think, before I bailed. I eventually decided I'd just skip to season 2 and try again, and I thought it markedly better. I did the same with your reacts; season 1 just doesn't remotely grab me, but as you said: ep 1 of season 2 is just *very* compelling. Also, I wonder if you're aware that the creepy.. husband? (Fleabag's sister's man; I have no idea what his name is, have they ever said it?) is Archer.
