April Update

I meant to make a video on this subject but I've been extremely busy lately. I just don't have the time to make a separate video, so a  text post it is.

Last month was extremely busy. This month is also looking to be very busy as I'll be moving and I'm also going away at the end of April for a weekend. I should be able to maintain a videoupload schedule, but livestreaming is likely off the table. Streams may actually be fully scrapped moving forward, but I'll play it by ear. It's going to depend on my internet at the new place.

The plan moving forward is to start working on some Resident Evil 4 Remake content. This will likely be the same content strategy as before. Start with some individual smaller videos, and then transition into an All Achievements video. I want to also wrap up the last few Dead Rising 3 videos I want to finish before nuking the footage off my hard drive. These will be a video on a Theoretical Fastest Dead RIsing 3 All Achievements speedrun, a Dead Rising 3 Achievements Post Mortem and a final dead rising 3 review. There will be some changes on the channel that I'm not super happy about. You will be seeing a lot more click-baity thumbnails and video titles. I really don't want to do this but to survive on YouTube it feels like I'm forced to do this. I am also going to be more aggressively shilling youtube subscriptions, the patreon, and new merchandise moving forward. These will likely be dedicated cutaways from the video. I know this is preaching to the choir, but it seems to work for other creators so I'm going to try it.

On a more positive note, I will be diversifying the content on the channel. I feel like its necessary to adjust the content every few years. I've been wanting to make the RP Challenger series for a long time using banked footage and I'm going to put time aside this month to get at least one out. This will be a new series, and there will be some growing pains, but I believe its content that has potential to do well on youtube. If its successful I have a lot of backlogged challenge runs to make videos on.

MH Rise: Sunbreak is releasing on consoles at the end of April. I intend to finish out the equipment progression guides and have them posted by sunbreaks release date on ps4 and xbox. These will likely be more streamlined, and shortened to accommodate the April's already tight schedule.
