Liveshow stream link (starts in one hour!)
Added 2021-04-24 20:57:01 +0000 UTCThe Lingthusiasm liveshow starts in one hour! The show will last an hour, the first part a relatively normal Lingthusiasm show and the second part for your questions.
Just before the show we'll create a second livestream post so you can watch it embedded into Patreon if you prefer, but you can also find the show and use the chat function at the following youtube link (with embedded captions):
If you've invited a friend or two, this is also the link you can share with them! Please just don't post it publically or in large groups -- encouraging people to become patrons is what helps us keep the show running :)
There are several ways for you to backchannel during the show:
- You can talk with other patrons and their guests in the youtube chat (this is the one we'll be monitoring most actively during the show).
- You can also ask questions in advance (if you need to sleep, for example) on the Lingthusiasm Discord using the #ama-questions channel (we'll read this one in advance) and react during the show whenever you watch it using #listen-along-chat (we'll read this one after).
- You can also use the #lingthusiasm hashtag and/or tag us @lingthusiasm on social media to backchannel on other platforms (probably won't get to them until after the show)
The liveshow link will remain active and unlisted after the show as well, so if timezones/schedules didn't align for you, you can still watch it later. It will also be edited later into a more concise bonus episode that's audio-only with a transcript, if you'd rather have it in your usual podcast/rss feed.
