Doctor stinky feet in flats

She always wear these flats every visit, I stare at them and image how stinky they are after a days work, I want to sniff them so bad. I came up with a plan to see her feet. I asked her to see her foot tattoo, I wasn't sure if it was ethical or not, she gave me a perplexed look. I wasn't sure if she would do it then, lo and behold she slid her foot out of her stinky flat and said "excuse my toes" and showed me her foot. I got a whiff of those stinky feet. I didn't mind her toes, I liked the color, nice little feet. I had to put my coat on my lap to cover my manhood.
