In a therapy session my t was asking about some things and I found that I couldn’t respond. I knew I was there in the room and I could hear her voice but I couldn’t find mine. My thoughts were racing but at the same time my mind was blank. I don’t remember most of what she said but I still remember some. Is that like dissociating or is it something else? Thank you for everything you do!!
