Hey Aliicia, fpt the Extta livrstreams we share our next questioms Live in the question box ;)

For me my parents were divorced since I was three. I didn’t feel until recently that the divorce had affected me. My dad had gotten remarried and divorced a second time when I was in like 4th grade. So with that background. How could parental divorce be affecting me now? Could I have just not noticed the effects before

Hi Kati Thanks for being you...you are a gift to us all! My question is about bi-polar disorder and what people remember when they are in a manic episode. My dad recently passed away but had four major manic episodes during his lifetime. During g those episodes, he would say and do things that were not characteristic of him when he was properly medicated (obviously :)) Ever since I was a child, I have wanted to know if he knew or remembered what he did/ said to me during a manic episode. He was not abusive in his regular life but was very verbally and sexually abusive whenever he stopped his medication. How much of what people do and say during a manic episode is reflective of who they really are?

Diane
