John Grows up, and eventually the apocalypse happens, and John leads the resistance. During the war, which lasts several decades, a young man named Kyle Reece is born, grows up, and joins the resistance. Eventually Kyle is placed under John Connors command, and John recognizes him immediately as his biological dad from Sarah Conner's description of him. John gives Kyle the photo, Kyle falls in love with Sarah Connor over the course of his service with john, probably encouraged by John until they defeat the machines, and find the time machine, Kyle Volunteers to go back in time to protect Sarah Conner. Sarah Conner meets Kyle in this movie and has a baby named John Conner. . .
