Before the Patreon we had a YouTube poll for which film to watch for our 2000 subscriber celebration and Robocop ended up winning, but Dredd came very close. Then, after the Red reaction video came out, its comments got absolutely flooded with Dredd requests... Here we finally are!
We watched the film on Amazon Prime. The movie starts at the 1 minute and 32 seconds mark.

When I saw this notification in my email, I cringed on Toy's behalf. The graphical imagery is brutal. There is a lot of technical magic in how this movie was shot, especially with the slow-motion sequences. I remember going to see this in the movie theater. It failed because of a lack of advertising, and people were tired of seeing everything they love get redone in a sucky manner, so they didn't give this movie a shot if they loved Judge Dredd, etc. It was only after it got released to video that people realized how good it is. I knew Olivia from No Strings Attached, so it blew my mind to see her as Anderson!
