I loved your guys' reactions to this. This movie feels like it is set more in the late 70s to me based on the cars in the movie. The thing he looks at from his survival knife at one point was a compass. I had one of these as they were HUGE after this movie came out. It had some matches, fishing line, fish hooks, and mini saw blade and a compass in it. I will say it does make me thankful that we have bettered our treatment of veterans and recognizing signs of PTSD in this country, although we still have a ways to go. However it really stood out to me how we still struggle with individuals (not the entire community) in positions of power (like some individuals in law enforcement, and again, not all by any means) that feel entitled to let their personal bias and prejudices influence their treatment of people. Shameful this kind of thing still goes on to this day in our country.

2023-12-20 05:00:19 +0000 UTCI’ve only seen First Blood,Rambo 2008 and Rambo Last Blood. I never seen 2 or 3. I met Yvette Monreal that plays in Rambo Last Blood. At first I didn’t like the movie but when rewatching it I really liked it because when she died I felt bad for her character. She was so friendly and talked to me of what i thought of her character in StarGirl tv show. At the time I didn’t know the show was getting cancelled. I picked out the picture and when I picked it out she said that was her favorite pictures and scene. I said I like the bunch of you together in the scene and is a good photo. She smelled nice too because she was wearing a lot of perfume lol
