That is a really cool story about The Outsiders!

2024-04-22 17:30:04 +0000 UTCI remember back when I was a kid in 1990 when this movie came out and I was 10 years old when it came out. My dad took me to see this movie during the summer. My dad drove up to Minnesota to visit my grandparents that had a cottage at Pelican Lake Minnesota. My dad drove me and my brother to see this film. I loved the movie as a kid. Just an amazing film imo to this day. My favorite Tom Cruise movies is The Outsiders which has an amazing cast. Francis Ford Coppola became broke when he made Apocalypse Now and when he made The Outsiders his career made his money back from The Outsiders. A lot of kids from a grade school wrote to Francis about the book should be a movie. Francis read the book and like it so much he made the movie. The Outsiders cast is a big name now from actors.
