2024-11-26 12:59:40 +0000 UTCAbby, the boys weren’t all living together. That scene was at Ben’s Mom’s house (hence him complaining that Casey was using the VCR in the Mom’s room to watch porn). And the scarf Skarsgard wears is probably a symbol of his being “upper class” as the movie is an examination of not just overcoming trauma, coming of age, friendships, intimacy, and the perception of getting therapy especially for guys at that time, but also a look at the what the class system was at the time and its connection (or lack thereof) to intelligence.

That was add Libbed by Robin Williams and the laughing of Matt Damon was real because he wasn’t expecting that story.
