Here is a layered PSD of recent Samus picture (original lineart by Legoman).
As usual both SFW and NSFW versions are combined into a single PSD. NSFW related layer (in this case it's just a single body layer) is color coded with red, and SFW layers are marked with blue. The sand layers group works for both SFW and NSFW variations, you just have to enable and disable the mask depending on the version.
