If any of you would be willing to write a review, I would surely appreciate it! - I'm told it's very helpful to have some reviews in before release day.
Note: It won't let you review the kindle edition yet, so be sure to click the paperback edition. You don't have to buy to review! As long as you've read it somewhere, you're good.
I'm hoping the audible pre-order will go live next week, and the official release date is November 1st for all formats.
