Follow-up on Yesterday's Discussion - Future Writing Schedule
Added 2024-03-17 11:33:14 +0000 UTCWow! Thank you all for the kind words and fruitful discussion yesterday. There were a lot of creative ideas offered up, and I think I've come up with a few options that I'd be happy with, so let's see what you all think:
Option 1: My original plan of writing one novel at a time with 5x-a-week chapters. I'd alternate between series and start with one based on a poll.
Option 2: Continue writing 6 days a week, 3x for VoT and 3x for CD, and take a couple of extra days off each month for writing that isn't necessarily due anywhere.
Option 3: 2x a week for each novel, leaving Fridays as an alternating 3rd chapter for each story.
You'll notice there aren't options for changing tiers, charging per chapter, or anything like that. It's not that I think those are bad ideas, I just don't think I need to do anything that complicated at this point. Taking Vainglory out of the picture for now has already reduced my mental strain a lot.

2024-03-18 01:23:05 +0000 UTCI said option 2 but option 3 works as well. I loved the old 6x a week schedule because I'm greedy and I liked getting 3 chapters from each book a week. However, I would be the first to tell you to always take care of yourself. If you need a day, take a day. Even TFD and Zogarth operate that way.
