Victor Readers - Some Upcoming Cover Art Peaks

Just a post for fun here. I ended up going with Earthshaker for book 7, even though it was 2nd place on the poll. I just felt like it fit really well, and I wanted to save the World Walker for a possible future title.

Now, the art—I'm not 100% happy with the depiction of Victor in the maw of the gargantuopod in Book 7. If you only read that chapter when I first posted it to Patreon, you should know I edited it to make the creature bigger. Still, it doesn't quite look the way I wanted it to. This is one of those things, though, when concessions need to be made because of a few things: an artist's eye for a proper book cover not quite matching up to the writer's imagination, a week-long delay between revisions, timelines the publisher is trying to meet, etc. In the end, I decided it was good enough, and it isn't like the other Victor covers are 100% true to the text. Someone who hasn't read book seven isn't going to be turned off by that depiction.

As for the Sojourner cover - I really like that one. I described the scene before I wrote it, so I ought to be able to make things match up pretty well, lol.
