I got a few comments asking for the Personal Video Studio lot, so I made one for you. Some people asked for a specific lot from screenshots, but it was a lot I hastily throw together to take screenshots for the mod. I used many objects from different stuff packs, so I feel it wouldn't be very useful for people without all this random stuff packs. This one only uses objects from Base Game, Get to Work, City Living, and Get Famous. You should have all of them if you're using AEP, so everything should be in place. I hope you'll like it, I might build another one with a lot of CCs in the future and upload to my website.
Just throw all files into Tray folder and it will show up in your Gallery.

2021-01-11 02:31:37 +0000 UTCHey! All of what you described points to venue list missing AEP and Personal Studio venues. Do you use any other mods with custom venues? Remove them and leave only KsuihuhVenueList. Also make sure that you use the most recent one KsuihuhVenueList👍

2020-11-28 00:23:44 +0000 UTCPlaced this puppy down today and it gave me a 1 item removed for not having a license and then said it swapped something out in build mode. Not a big issue for me. But was curious, unlike when I put in the photo studio I had an option to set a lot to a photo studio but after placing this I don't have that option for the video studio and now I don't seem to have it for the photo studio either. Was I hallucinating? I promise I don't have basemental mod. lol It was also weird as it said that it was worth almost #1 billion simoleans...and it was 999x999 squares. Does it matter where it is placed? I think I actually placed it on a residential lot now that I think about it. I hadn't yet gone in to see if I can buy it or anything. Thought I would just pester you a little. Thanks for such an entertaining mod!

2020-11-28 00:04:13 +0000 UTCHello! If the studio works fine then there is nothing to worry about. It might be a decorative item missing. Also, if you have all the packs, make sure to use bb.moveobjects and put the lot from Build mod like, it's probably why you're missing items.

2020-11-09 10:48:10 +0000 UTCHi got the sims 4 and your three main mods roughly a week ago, liking them so far. I also found your photography studio and that seems to have a problem. A message says says one item has been removed because I don't have a licence for it. I have Get Famous, Discover University, City Living, Get Together, Seasons, Get to Work, Parenthood, Dine Out, and Luxury Party. I'm wondering if you included an item from another pack I don't know about or accidentally used a ea paid for item if they still do that. I found the "All in one styling chair", but the message is still coming up but now not telling me the problem item. Sorry this message is so long any help will be appreciated. Had a similar missing item message with your "personal video studio" about a nameless missing item, I took a guess that it was a camera I saw on a youtube video but not sure if I was right or not yet.
