THIS ALBUM, "110% EVERY DAY FOREVER", IS DEDICATED TO EVERY TRANS GIRL OUT THERE DOING THE DAMN THING, OUT OR CLOSETED. STOP FIGHTING EACH OTHER FOR A MINUTE AND CONGRATULATE YOURSELVES ON THE FACT THAT YOU'RE ALIVE, AND THAT YOU ARE THEREFOR A POWERHOUSE OF WILL AND DETERMINATION.
REMEMBER; EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY AND THERE IS ALWAYS MORE THAN ONE SOLUTION TO EVERY CONCEIVABLE PROBLEM.
Today, on the anniversary of thefirst album I ever put out as a woman, I am so so so so SO excited to present to you all what is without a doubt the album that I have poured the most love into since that day.
This album is dedicated to trans girls because yall have showed me so much kindness since day one, and without your support and encouragement and endlessly validating praise, theres no possible way that I would be where I am today, both with my music and my self image.
So many of you have come to me looking to get into making electronic music, and I can say with total sincerity that nothing in the world makes me happier, or more proud.
Seeing trans women making art gets me more stoked than anything in the world because I feel that it is both what the world needs, and what trans women need. I encourage every single one of you to leave as many marks on this Earth as you possibly can during your time here. Let everyone know that we are here, and that weve always been here, and that we always will be.
I made this album because I wanted to show all of you that even with the whole world trying to kick us in the ass, we are capable of not only achieving, but surpassing our ambitions. No matter how messy your beginnings were, no matter if you came up from *chan site trap threads, or drag scenes, or discrete crossdressing forums, or tumblr, or twitter. Whether youve known your whole life, or just found out. Femme, butch or futch. Hetero, lesbian, ace/aro or none of the above. Everyone wants to do something.
So do something. Make something. Be something.
