I can't believe my gluttony these days! This whole meal consisted of: 2 large chicken breasts, 1 green pepper, 2 jalapeno peppers, 3 onions, 12oz jar of simmer sauce, and the results of cooking 3.5 cups of uncooked rice... which is a ton of rice. I ended up eating it all, and wishing someone was around to feed me dessert ;)
