DevLog#7(i think)

Hey yall! taking a break from working on the game to talk about the development of the game. I do have some teaser pictures in the discord if you are interested, I'm not sure how to do the spoiler thing here so I don't wanna reveal them here. I'll have them separated if you're only interested in one or the other

Game Stuff

I originally wanted chapter 1,2,and 3 to be revised every update but along with the other things I was doing, I decided that for at least now I'll fix the kinks in those chapters until I have the time to rework them properly .

I'm not really happy with just cutting parts out and adding new things, it feels more of like frankenstein monster of story imo. You should be seeing some of these QOL changes in the next update.

I was originally gonna update tonight, however there's a bug happened where the newer chapters don't work including chapter 7. I have a fix for this , i'm not sure if it's normal for dev posts to get technical about it but basically they not working right.

I'm trying to get felicia into more "fun" poses however i'm afraid the art may be too inconsistent so pleas give me feedback on you think felicia looks :).

So one big criticism I've been getting a lot is that your choices don't actually matter, I think I have a way to fix this for the earlier chapters and II hope you guys have been seeing it with the newer chapters.

DEV Stuff

I think writing and coding wise I've been getting better however if I am to be frank with you guys I'm not sure how to do that v1.1 update with the knowledge that I have now.

I had a gameplay going into this but with how many people have liked the game so fast it kind of threw me off guard.

With how many people support the game i'm sometimes scared to work on the game because I'm afraid of disappointing yall but you have all been really kind and provide fair critism so I really want to thank you all for that it means a lot to me.

I celebrated my birthday recently! however the place I'm working at said we were closing down so i guess worked there cause I got fired lol. I'm not saying that because I want pity I kind of see it as a postive thing I got a severance check and I already have some savings so I'm hoping with all the free time I have now I can make an update a week instead of bi weekly like I originally planned after this update (yay?) hopefully the quality of the game brings more supporters so that this could be my job (the dream tbh). I never realized how nice it is for your hard work to be appreciated.

ENDING stuff

I don't really have much to say other then that, I'm gonna fix this bug , hopefully update the game tonight or tomorrow.
