Near artificial sub-planet X-3334 of the 4th sector of the tesseract Libosenta solar system....

Jessica and Mandy allegedly commandeered the vessel from the Judilian crew and set a new course for deep space -- however, the vessel's automatic system detected the change in administrator and secured controls, redirecting them to a satellite station of X-3334 known as C.E.D.R.I.C. -- the Center for Enacting Discipline on Reprobate Intergallatic Criminals.

Although Mandy and Jessica had indeed trespassed, it had not been sufficiently proven that the pair had intended to commandeer the ship -- the lock mechanism could have automatically triggered simply by their accidental presence in the cockpit.
