An emotional moment...

Hi, this is a post that has nothing to do with the spankingverse, the games, or any other thing related to this page. Many of you have been here for a lot of time, and I can consider you friends. I want to share with all of you a piece of work I made 3 years ago, my first and only Symphony, "The Symphony for the End of Times". It's kind of a philosphical journey in this polarized world, where in the background of our lives and conflicts, the universe keeps expanding, tearing apart, and slowly heading into eternal nothingness because of entropy. If you're into classical music, there's a chance you would like it. On the weekend, I will go on with more bratwatch previews :)

YES! The ORIGINAL Cosmos! I could never watch the newer one with Neil deGrasse Tyson. Tried the first episode, and it just didn't have the same "feel" as the original. (Wasn't a fan of them substituting animations for the historical reenactments, either.)

Oh you watched those too, thanks! With the lovely Kayleigh as the star...

I like 'The Glimpse' and 'The Perfect Moment' too!

Thanks a lot for this big reply. I used virtual instruments in a pro music production software to make this music. It's still far from a real orchestra performance, but it sounds very decent. I was never into the 12 tone-garbage, which by the way, it's nothing compared to new "contempoweird" music. One of the actual currents is that music must stay away from feelings, which tears apart all the magic music have. Not being part of the "contempoweirds" (in spanish contemporaneo=contemporary, and then I maid it contemporaro, where raro=weird) was a big obstacle since I was a student. There's a great art program funded by the government here, where the government supports the artist with a BIG monthly fee. In music, if you don't compose contempoweird, you have ZERO chances. Here in Mexico it's not hard if you play in a band reggaeton and all that shit-pop-latin music. I tried once, and it was too depressive. So, I focused on teaching and then as a producer for a classical record label. Then fm spanking video games crossed in my path and I'm fully into it. Even though it put me apart from pure music, as it's something mostly creative, I enjoy it a lot. It's like if some other disciplines joined music in a big project. About the credits, well, I made the video in a website with royalty free stock videos. As it was not cheap at all, that's probably why I forgot to mention them in the credits :) And finally, yes, I love anything related to space. When I was 8, my favorite tv show was Cosmos with Carl Sagan, which came to Mexico several years after it was in the US.

Wow! Just.....wow! You've often said that you are a musician, but I had no idea that you ever created something so elaborate and wonderful. I like classical music....as in music I can listen to, like this. (Not that atonal, 12-tone garbage that modern "classical music" lovers seem to be flocking to these days! That's not what I define as "music.") So how was this done...on software of some sort? (I can't imagine you hired an orchestra to do it.) Must have been a lot of work!!! I know music is a tough business. (You don't have to tell me; my father fancied himself a full-time musician and was out of work most my life, playing only weekend gigs while my mother worked the full-time jobs. Not to dismiss my dad...he was a great guy.) I hope you're able to find some work in the music industry for yourself, since that appears to be your real first love. It's tough in the US....I can only imagine what it's like in Mexico. I was impressed, too, that you seem to have a healthy interest in astronomy, outer space, the universe, etc., judging from your video. So do I. It's absolutely fascinating what's out there, and telescopes like the Hubble and Webb are producing mind-blowing images. Minor note: you probably should have considered inserting at the end where you got the various videos from, just to give credit where credit was due, OR to just mention that they were all copyright-free, as I suspect. Thanks for showing that us F/M spankos are not complete weirdos and perverts! We can actually be deep thinkers with a lot of creativity, too!

very nice. Well done.
